Maximising Style and Storage in Leighton Buzzard

The Brief

When William and his wife decided it was time for a bedroom refresh, their goal was clear: modernise the space and finally replace their tired, off-the-shelf wardrobes with something more tailored and space-efficient.

“We had tired wardrobes that needed modernising,” William shared. “We really wanted to maximise the space as well as update the overall look.”

The Solution

Working closely with Spaceslide designer Nimesh, William chose our Latitude Hinged Wardrobe collection with integrated shelving and draws, the perfect balance of form and function. The beautiful shaker wardrobes created a seamless aesthetic, while the additional shelves provided a significant boost in storage space available. 

“Nimesh was excellent throughout the whole process. He really understood what we wanted to achieve and helped us make the most of the space. The design maximised the space perfectly.”
To enhance the final look, William also redecorated the room and laid new flooring, choosing finishes that complemented the installation beautifully.

“The process from ordering to installation was fantastic,” William explained. “There were no major challenges — the design worked really well from the start.”

The Result

The result? A modern, clutter-free bedroom that’s not only more practical but also more enjoyable to spend time in.

“I like the room much more now. My favourite part is the additional shelving — it’s made a big difference to how we use the space.”

This project is a great example of how smart design, expert support, and bespoke wardrobe solutions can totally transform a room. The new wardrobes have brought structure and calm to the room, making it both more beautiful and more functional. With modernised design, smarter storage, and a warm, neutral finish, the room feels a peaceful retreat.
