A reduced delivery charge of £48 is applied to our Glass doors and Bedroom furniture (unless more than one item is ordered, in which case normal delivery charges will be applied).
We regularly run free delivery promotions, detailed in our offers page.
We aim to deliver within 21 days and will contact you within the first week to discuss available delivery dates.
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday.
Our Home Delivery Service (HDS) will contact you initially by text message, so please provide a mobile number when placing your order.
Wherever possible, we conduct a two-man delivery, putting the items in a room of your choosing. Please ensure that access to the room is suitable for the items ordered.
If you have any special delivery requirements, please call us on 0800 980 3499 after ordering. You’ll need your order number (supplied in the order acknowledgement email).
The delivery driver will cut some of the packaging to reveal the corners of your products, so you can confirm if you’re happy with what’s been sent, and you’ll be asked to sign to confirm delivery.
Following this, you’ll have 72 hours to notify us of any damage in transit, so we ask that you fully inspect your products as soon as possible after taking delivery of them. Should this happen, we will be happy to replace the affected items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for breakages, scratches or damage to any products after 72 hours have passed.
If you intend to use subcontractors for installation, we recommend you do not commit to them until the delivery has been made, to avoid you being financially liable for downtime due to unavoidable delays.
