We have two ways of ordering, either online or through one of our 4 showrooms. Ordering online gives you clear pricing throughout and lets you browse at your leisure. All we ask is for you to measure your space and input those measurements into our easy to use design your own wardrobe tool. During this process you’ll be able to customise
your wardrobe to your exact specification and colour.

If like many of our customers you prefer to view our fitted wardrobes first-hand and in person we have 4 showrooms up and down the country where you’ll be able to see a wide range of our products, from sliding wardrobe doors and interior wardrobe storage to  bedroom furniture. You'll also be able to view our wide range of colours and finishes available.

Spaceslide is a proud member of the Made in Britain organisation. All our products are manufactured here in the UK to the highest standard. We take great pride in our products and service, retaining complete control of the development process from identifying consumer needs and initial concept drawings, to design and prototyping.

We want you to be happy with the products you choose from us, but we understand
that sometimes things aren't right and you may decide you want to return something.

Faulty products 
If your product is faulty or not as described in your order, please let
us know by contacting us as soon as possible.  We may ask you to return the product
so we can inspect the defect before we issue a refund to you. 

Return and refunds for made-to-measure products
 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the
return of made-to-measure products or give you a refund if the reason for the return is
because your order contains errors made by you (for example, you provided us with
incorrect measurements) or you have changed your mind. 

Please always make sure your measurements are correct and accurate and take account
of any variations in the angle of, or scopes in, the wall or ceilings.  For unusual spaces or
in old properties we would recommend our Installation Services are used.

Returns and refunds for standard products only (i.e. non-made-to-measure products)
You may cancel and return an item that is not made-to-measure products if you simply
change your mind and we will issue a refund once we are in receipt of your returned item. 

You must notify us of your cancellation at any time from the moment you place your online
order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive the products. Example: if we provide you
with a Dispatch Confirmation on 1 January and you receive the Product on 10 January you
may cancel at any time between 1 January and the end of the day on 24 January.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the item to us within 14 days
of your notification. You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the unwanted items
(unless they are faulty). We strongly recommend that you get proof of postage. We require
that any unwanted items are returned in their original, resaleable packaging.

Returns and refunds for installation services
If there is any defect or fault with the installation
services, please let us know by contacting us as soon as possible . If the defect or fault is
caused by our installation, we will use every reasonable effort to repair or fix the defect or
fault as soon as reasonably practicable without further cost to you provided you notify us
within 24 months of the installation.


Unfortunately, we may not be able to give you a refund if you cancel your appointment for
installation because you have changed your mind or decide for any reason you do not want
the installation services to be carried out.

In our wardrobe showrooms, you’ll be able to see a wide range of our products, from sliding wardrobe doors and interior storage to bedroom furniture. You'll also be able to view our wide range of colours and finishes available.

We currently deliver across the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland at a cost of £66.50 (£100 to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland). We regularly run free delivery promotions, please check our offers page for more information. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to certain postcodes due to unique access restrictions, these postcodes can be found below. 

A reduced delivery charge of £36.50 is applied to our Glass doors and Bedroom furniture (unless more than one item is ordered, in which case normal delivery charges will be applied).

We aim to deliver within 21 days and will be in contact with you within the first week to inform you of the available delivery date. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday. Our Home Delivery Service (HDS) will often be in contact with you initially by text message, so please ensure you provide a mobile number where possible when placing your order.

Wherever possible, we conduct a two-man delivery, putting the items in a room of your choosing. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the access to the room is suitable for the items ordered.

If you have any special delivery requirements, please let us know once you’ve placed your order by calling 0800 980 3499 with your order number (the order number will be supplied in the order acknowledgement email).

We ask all our customers to inspect their delivery carefully on arrival and notify us as soon as possible, but no later than within 72 hours of delivery, if there has been any damage in transit. The driver will be happy to wait while you check your items. Please do not sign to say you have checked the products until you have adequately done so. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept claims for breakages, scratches or damage to any products that you have accepted and signed for on delivery and that was not subsequently notified to us within 72 hours of delivery.

If you intend using subcontractors for installation we recommend you do not commit to them until the delivery has been made, this will avoid any danger of you being financially liable for downtime due to unavoidable delays.
