We are very proud of our true manufacturer status and our product quality. Here’s why…

All our glass is safety backed and conforms with British Standards, BS6206 part B.

All our timber is all sourced from licensed replenished forests.

All our systems are very eco friendly. Glass, timber, steel and aluminium are all recyclable materials and we segregate all our offcuts and scrap for this purpose. 

All our sliding wardrobe and Orion Room divider systems are bottom rolling, which means the weight is on the floor. The top track is a door guide and also a pelmet.

Our load bearing rollers are manufactured using high quality materials and run on steel bearings, this is unusual for sliding wardrobe doors. Most other manufacturers use cheaper plastic based aceytol bearings.

We make our own steel profiles in our factories, we do not buy them in and then just cut them to size. This is why we are so competitive on price and have quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Our timber processing machinery is state-of-the-art CNC, again we actually manufacture the components, not just assemble bought in parts.

Our manufacturing software calculates all the required overlaps for the doors which is approx 34mm for Galaxy, Titan and Orion and approx 62mm for Saturn. It also takes into account the thickness of our recommended floor and wall liners.

The manufacturing process ensures all your doors are the same size, we do not carry stock doors, each door is made specifically for your order.

The actual doors are approxiamatley 45mm-50mm shorter than your finished aperture, this allows them to be lifted up and into the top track which then conceals the top rollers, so do not worry when they are delivered if they appear short!
The bottom rollers have a good range of adjustment, this allows you to line up the doors to meet the wall or panel flush. Follow the easy instructions.
