We have now received the wardrobe and it is all installed and looks really good - so thank you.

The wardrobe, once everything is levelled, is fairly straightforward to install, the instructions are clear and the product is well thought out. I would recommend it to people without any hesitation.

When we were cutting down the last hangar bar, we got our numbers round the wrong way (instead of cutting 45.2cms we cut 42.5 - doh!!!)

I was wondering whether it would be possible to get one replacement hangar bar sent out?

Just a quick note to let you know that all went well with the installation and the finished wardrobes look great. We are really delighted with everything and especially the Apollo System.

I am by no stretch of the imagination a DIY expert however putting it all together was no too complicated and everything fitted snugly. I must admit I was a bit nervous about doing the fitting and accepted that the finished job may not have been equivalent to say a Hammonds fitted wardrobe (which I was quoted for at nearly £5000 for similar). However I need not have been worried, it's hard to imagine anything else could look better.

Hello at Customer services

This order was delivered yesterday and installed by me later in the day.

I am delighted with the results, which more than lived up to my expectations.

Two minor points for your attention:

1. The current versions of your top and bottom rails are slightly different from those shown in your installation pdf, so I needed to work out for myself what the distance they needed to be from the front edges of the liners.
2. The current version of the top rail appears to be less rigid than the one shown in the pdf, which had more folds on its corners. I was not happy that the outside vertical sections were not parallel (they splay out in a way that is difficult to correct.)

Congratulations otherwise on a really excellent product, and on the quality of your packaging.
