Delivery Information

GET FREE KERB-SIDE DELIVERY ON PURCHASES OVER £500

We deliver to the UK mainland only.

We aim to deliver within a 21-day period and will call at least 4 days before our intended delivery date to confirm the date and estimate morning or afternoon delivery.

We can only offer a kerb-side delivery, our drivers are not insured to enter premises.

We ask all our customers to inspect your delivery carefully on arrival as we are unable to accept claims for breaks, scratches or damage after delivery. The driver will wait for you while you check the items and you must sign to say they are satisfactory and fit for purpose.

If you intend using subcontractors for installation we recommend you do not commit to them until the delivery has been made, this will avoid any danger of you being financially liable for downtime due to unavoidable delays.

Additional Information

As your system is made made-to-measure, we cannot offer any refund once you have accepted delivery. If you have a valid warranty claim, please let us know in writing by post or email. Then return the goods to our factory, where we will make an inspection within 2 working days. Subject to inspection we will make an immediate refund including the cost to return the goods. (Please keep the invoice/receipt for your return delivery as proof of cost). If we believe the claim to be invalid we will immediately inform you by email or post with a full explanation and, where necessary, photographs, you will of course have the opportunity to present your explanation.
