Collection Service

If you wish to collect your purchase, please read the following carefully.

Although we would always recommend using our home delivery service, it is possible to collect your purchase from our factory and/or warehouse. Please be aware that some items are located in different facilities in the Aldridge / Burntwood area and so it may be necessary for you to visit more than one site to complete your order.

The factory is only open for collection by making prior arrangements with our staff.
The factory hours are 7am - 3pm Monday - Thursday, 7am - 1pm on Friday, note the factory is not open at weekends.

Please ensure you arrive well within the opening times, if you arrive too early or too late we will not be able to service your collection.

It is also important that you arrive with a suitable vehicle and means of securing the goods, we do not have straps, rope packing etc available.

We do not recommend any of our products are transported on a roof rack.

In the case of any glass product, we strongly advise you to prepare the van to load the doors, shelves etc as shown in image 3. On the long edge with the side fully supported.

Image 1 shows how we advise the van is prepared, image 2 shows a single panel in place but not secured.

If you transport our glass products laid flat, they will almost certainly break.

The products are handed over to you from our factory door with the packaging as shown in image 4; we do not fully package or wrap the products. Image 5 shows a trolley with complete panels ready for collection.

You are expected to load and secure the collection on your own, so we advise at least 2 able bodied people to collect, we cannot take responsibility for breakages or damage, either in the loaing process or in transit.

Please make a full inspection of your order before you load and leave, as no refund will be made for any damage thereafter.
